We have a partnership with Sercle to help members to sign up for Vox Money accounts.

Some members who do not have bank accounts have found them to be a helpful alternative. We can transfer loans and savings withdrawals onto Vox Money Cards, so that members do not have to look after large amounts of cash.

Vox Money is a fully transactional e-money account where you can:

• Send and receive money through an online account and mobile banking app
• Pay bills and rent directly from the account every month
• Use your Vox Money Card to pay for goods online and in shops with our contactless capability
• Withdraw cash and check your balance at ATMs and cash machines
• Never go overdrawn – you can only spend what’s in your account
